Patient Relations
St. Boniface Hospital’s vision is to deliver the safest, most reliable care to every patient, every encounter, every day with the best possible outcomes. Your feedback is important to us, and helps us make changes to improve care for everyone at St. Boniface Hospital.
If you have questions or concerns about your treatment or care at St. Boniface Hospital, we encourage you to share them with us as soon as possible, while you are still in hospital, by talking to:
- Your nurse, doctor or a member of your care team.
- The manager or nurse in charge on your unit.
If you are uncomfortable speaking directly with your care team, you can contact the Patient Relations Office. We will listen to your concerns, work with your care team, and help find solutions. We welcome the opportunity to assist you. To make an appointment, or to speak with a Patient Relations Officer, contact:
